Reviews for Brainard's Heating & Air Conditioning

I need a new evaporator coil as the one I have is leaking, which should be covered under the 10 Yr warranty. However, Brainard never registered the serial# voiding the warranty. I've spoken with several AC companies and when AC units are installed like my was as a subcontractor, the company installing them registers the unit. Because Brainard failed to register by units, its an additional $1,200 for the part. I've tried calling them several times and they won't answer my calls or return my calls. I called them from a different number and they answered, which is even more frustrating, but all I can do is leave a message with the receptionist who already confirmed, use the company should register the equipment. I would just like the owner to make this right or at least have the decency to talk to me. The $1,200 part would of been 100% covered under warranty had they just registered the serial number like they were supposed to.
