History- Jim started working for his father, Beryl Conner, in 1946. He was 6 years old. He has 64 years of experience in the roofing industry. Jim took the company from his father in 1968. Jim oversees all the company's operations, but his primary area of expertise is commercial roofing. Brad started working for his father, Jim Conner in 1969. He has 40 years of experience. Brad is responsible for overseeing the commercial crew and is on the job site continuously. He does most of the detail work personally himself. Steve, Jim Conner’s son, has now been running the residential side of the business for 27 years. Steve is responsible for overseeing the residential crew and is on the job site continuously.
